The previous process was largely manual – to reach companies that were actually recruiting, it was necessary to analyze the company's website, job posting portals, or LinkedIn profiles. All of this was done manually until now.

The process was time-consuming – even dozens hours of research for a single campaign.
It required manual searching of job posting portals and manually verifying whether the offer was still active.
Personalizing messages required copying data and creating individual mentions – which did not scale well.
Even with a manually prepared list of recruiting companies, there was a lack of contacts for the people actually responsible for recruitment.

What did the process look like?


Step 1
We have compiled a list of production companies along with links to their websites and implemented it into Clay.
Step 2
With the help of Claygent, we searched the website of the company, Google, Indeed, Glassdoor, Jooble, LinkedIn, and other portals for active job offers.

Step 3
The AI agent checked whether the offer is still active, when it was published, and from which platform it originates. We also obtained information about the location of the establishments.
Step 4
All data has been placed into separate columns in Clay, which allowed us to dynamically personalize messages (e.g. [first name], [job title], [source of offer], [location]).
Step 5
Based on the companies, we found contacts for people from HR departments and production managers – along with email addresses and LinkedIn profiles.
Step 6
We have transferred the data to Woodpecker to implement the email sequence.
Contacts on LinkedIn will serve as a second contact channel in case of no email contact or no response to the email.
